Shiitake helps increase villagers’ income

Photos taken on November 24 show workers busy with drilling, sterilization, bagging and transportation at the mushroom planting base of Taoxing Village, Shipai Town, Longshan County.

This year, the village government has continued to improve the shiitake industrial chain, and with the help of Yuhua District in Changsha City, 3 new high-temperature sterilization cabinets have been built. Now, over 100,000 mushroom spawn logs have been produced, promoting the development of the whole industrial chain.
